Customer Service Associate

Shift Lead
Some duties include…
- Handle merchandising, labeling and plan-o-grams
- Coordinate daily task assignments
- Act as the leader for all customer service and cleanliness programs
- Maintains vendor relations
- Prepare sales action plans
- Manage and train the Deli team
- Coordinate daily menus
- Ensure food service program execution
- Inventory management
- Deliver exceptional customer service

Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in the management of the entire store’s operations. The Assistant Manager is also responsible to meet performance and profit goals. These objectives include assisting in the selection, development and training of all associates in the store. The AM is responsible to manage and oversee all safety processes within the store. They ensure an exceptional customer experience and support our goal of “Fulfilling Lives, Everyday”. Managers with experience leading teams in big-box retail or quick-serve restaurants may be a good match for this role. AMs generally work a varying schedule.

General Manager
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall operations and is leader of store. The GM will select, develop and effectively lead a highly engaged team to ensure exceptional customer experience that supports our vision of “Fulfilling Lives, Everyday”. GMs are salaried and eligible for a monthly bonus based upon store performance.
